T.P. Electric - WE were called in because it way taking
at least one full
week a month to generate the Union regulated monthly dues form. After
reviewing the form, and the actually sitting thru the current process, we wrote an Access based
database that handles not only the union dues reporting, but the ADP
reporting and Employee data as well. The process that used to
take a full week, now takes less than a day. A monthly savings of
32 hours per month.

- Vendors Purchasing Council - Is a coop of vendors. They
were collecting and collating by hand, product usage of its members.
Then manually calculating rebates based upon usage by both the member
and the coop as a whole. We stayed on site until we had a through
understanding of the process that was being done on a daily basis.
We wrote a custom database package that turned the process from
Collecting, Collating, and calculating to one of data entry. VPC
realized a gain in productivity and accuracy, that has allowed them to
process a membership that has grown ten fold, with the addition of only
two employees.
